In order for us to properly evaluate your case you will initially require a consultation and diagnostic appointment in order to best determine the treatment path necessary for your case. This includes determining whether or not your case will require extractions, gathering the appropriate information via X-rays, Panoramic scans and impressions and any other photos required.
Directly after this consultation, you will be scheduled for implant surgery in which the new replacement teeth are fitted and adjusted all in one appointment, including any necessary extractions.
The beauty of this new procedure is the sheer convenience. Special implants were developed for this treatment allowing for the immediate fitting of replacement teeth to the abutments. This means that with only five implants, patients can leave our dental office with a full set of new replacement teeth within only one appointment! No bone grafts necessary!

Hi, I’m Alexander Sizak from Algonquin, Illinois. I’m one of those if it ain’t broke don’t fix it kind of guys. Well, sometimes teeth need fixing and I needed a filling, a crown replaced, and an implant. I haven’t been to a dentist for at least six years. Once again, if it ain’t broke… Well, I did some research online, I checked out multiple businesses – costs are really important to me as I don’t have any insurance but references and that old gut feeling played a major role in my final decision. As of right now I’m midway through the implant procedure. I’ve had a cleaning and x-rays, a filling and a crown replacement all in the last three months. So far, Dr. Khan and his staff; Paula, Lindsay, Jolene, Heidi – I hope I haven’t forgotten anyone; sorry if I did – have exceeded all expectations. VERY GOOD. Great customer service, great staff and most importantly Dr. Khan makes the dental procedure seamless. I had an implant done. Price was reasonable and the implant was success. Also, their schedule is great, allowing for visits on Saturdays and after hours, which is great for people with fixed work schedule.
Dr. Khan installed a dental implant in my jaw a couple of months ago, and I am extremely happy with the work. The procedure was completely pain-free, and the healing process has been going very smoothly. Dr. Khan created a temporary crown to attach to the post while the implant mends with the jawbone, which looks very real, and has been non-intrusive in my daily routine. This has been a huge advantage, as many other practices use a dental flipper, which I expect would not preserve gum structure as well, look less natural, and become an annoyance since it sits within a retainer that must be worn, and has to be taken out to eat. In a month or so, I will get the final crown to replace the temporary I have been wearing, and with the high-quality of work done so far and attention to detail, I expect it will look just like a real tooth. Dr. Khan has also been very helpful and understanding with answering my (many) questions and concerns about the procedure and materials used. Highly recommended!

I have had three implants and one bridge completed by Dr Khan. He is prompt, gracious, highly competent and patient. My implants where difficult because of lack of bone. We kept working at it until success was achieved. His staff is friendly and helpful. Any problems after surgery he is reachable by cell phone. I have been to many dentists in my day and he is by far the best!
I initially came to Dr Khan for an implant because he was significantly cheaper than a specialist I had used in my town of Libertyville, IL. I found Dr. Khan was very competent and offered the service of doing both the implant and the crown, something in the past which had required me to visit 2 different doctors.
